Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
HejPsycholog (hereinafter: "the Service") is an online platform that enables searching for mental health specialists and booking appointments online. The Service is owned by Grupa Hej sp. z o.o.
2. Definitions
User — a person using the Service. Specialist — a psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, or other specialist registered on the Service. Service — an appointment or consultation offered by a Specialist through the Service.
3. Registration and Account
Registration on the Service is free of charge. The User is required to provide accurate information. The account may be deleted at the User's request in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR.
4. Booking Appointments
Booking an appointment is done through the Specialist's availability calendar. Payment for the appointment is made online via the Przelewy24 payment operator. Cancellation of an appointment is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
5. Payments and Refunds
Service prices are set individually by Specialists. The Service charges a commission on each transaction. In case of cancellation in accordance with the terms, a refund is issued within 14 business days.
6. Liability
The Service acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for the course of appointments, diagnoses, or recommendations made by Specialists. Specialists are independent professionals responsible for their own services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Service, including logos, graphics, and texts, is the property of Grupa Hej sp. z o.o. and is protected by copyright law.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of changes via email with 14 days' advance notice.
